SARAH AND THE SSN METHOD
Sarah is the founder and creator of the SSN Method. With foundations in Pilates, yoga, dance and aerial, the method changes how you move and feel, inside and out. Inspired by her two decades as a celebrity trainer and wellness expert, Sarah found women want what works and what feels best — connected, effective movement that creates structural strength, length and beautiful lines. Practicing the method transforms the way you look and has a dramatic effect on how you feel and move through your life.
As a young dancer turned professional aerialist, Sarah began studying Pilates and Yoga in her late teens and twenties to learn the specifics of how women’s body’s work and how important it is for us to feel powerful, free and alive within them. Transforming bodies and mentoring movement teachers is her lifelong passion. She’s had the privilege to lead and develop teacher training in aerial yoga, aerial dance, Pilates and flexibility, as well as own multiple boutique studios — first in Aspen, CO and now current in Westport, CT.
Sarah shines in the wellness space, leading clients in person, virtually, through her streaming platform SSN Online and at special events representing luxury wellness and fashion brands and products.
SSN METHOD
PILATES
SSN Pilates is creative, athletic, sculpting and elongating. Sequences are dance inspired in order to provide the most efficient, transformational 55 minutes possible. This boutique studio offers a pilates Cadillac/reformer machine, and 3 Allegro 2 Reformers and numerous props. 1:1, duet, trio and quartets available by appointment and schedule below. Each class is different and curated to your unique needs.

SSN METHOD AERIAL
Take feeling powerful, free and alive into your hands with an aerial silk hammock. Flow, flex and fly in this incredibly fun and hyper efficient signature SSN aerial class. Discover your inner and outer strength while moving in the company of like minded women cheering you on while listening to a badass playlist.
SSN METHOD LENGTH & STRENGTH
This transformational pilates, yoga and dance inspired class features creative sequences that challenge your mind and body through the use of various props. Create beautiful, elongated shapes by increasing your strength and building full body heat. Learn to melt your fascia and shift stubborn tension and heaviness.

PRACTICE
Whether you’re looking to transform your strength and flexibility or recover from an injury, pregnancy or life transition, private sessions have the power to bring you back to yourself, remind you of your own strength and push you to your limits. It’s all up to you.
IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL SESSIONS
In-person private sessions center around movement on the Pilates reformer, mat, aerial equipment and bodywork, while virtual sessions center around movement using accessible props like a folding chair, foam roller, resistance bands and any Pilates or aerial equipment you have available. Whether in-person or virtual, you’ll learn how to get from where you are to where you want to be.
Semi-privates are by appointment only, and session prices are based on the number of students attending.

Center your movement practice, anytime, anywhere.
Join SSN ONLINE, a digital studio that centers your movement practice using ordinary Pilates and yoga-based movement in extraordinary ways.
